I judge all commercial mowers against the Exmark Lazer Mower.  Exmarks are extremely rugged, dependable and a good value for the money.  I personnaly owned four 60 inch, 26 horse Lazer Z's.  The whole machine was over-built well enough that I never had any reoccuring problems with them.  My crews put over 4500 hours on the four in five years without any downtime.  the drive system on these mowers is bullet-proof .  I regularly pulled one or two 60 inch Acreaze wing mowers with them and did not have any overheating or drive failures like I did with some of the other brands.  The machine is exceptionally stable on hills, ditches and berms.
